I’m very pleased to introduce you to a very special and luxurious lion bear from Bears of Bath, called Savannah. Who is patiently awaiting adoption. She is made from a new design especially created and has beautiful faux fur fabrics, mixed with a golden fabric.
She has the beautifully soft white and green fur which I have used on her head and legs, She has brown faux fur on her body and arms, and long cream faux fur around her muzzle. Her head is made from 13 separate pieces of fabric, shaped and mixed carefully.
This Lion has been a labour of love spanning several days. I really wanted to sculpt her carefully and really bring her to life. Every part of her is created from new patterns designed to bring out something completely new.
Her head has been carefully shaped and then gently shaded using acrylic paints to accent shadows and give her personality and life. She has 12mm English Black Glass eyes with brown eyelids. Her nose has been embroidered and varnished.
She is fully cotterpin jointed and filled with dense polyester filling for extra weight. When standing she is approx 10 inches high. She has pretty golden fabric foot pads. She has a Bears of Bath 2026 label, sewn into her back.
She will arrive at her new home, carefully wrapped in a box, with her ‘Bears of Bath’ certificate of authenticity.
She is number 3854 in the Certificated Series
Please note this is a collectors bear and is therefor not suitable for children under 14 years old .
Bears of Bath is a proud member of the British Toymakers Guild.
